There are a lot of pretty girls out there; however, the number of pretty girls who can:

• Empathize/Sympathize with the characters and the audience
• Feed/off of her fellow actors
• Be comfortable with/out specific direction
• Be off book quickly
• Improvise when needed
• Play a range of characters and ages

. . .is MUCH smaller.
